About these terms

Santech is the business name used for the ecosystem described here. Business address: [To be added]. Direct support contact: [To be added]. The confirmed supplier details will be added to the final terms. These review terms describe the intended service framework and do not replace an existing agreement.

Website and services

The website introduces Perp, Ultra and Gatekeeper, provides aggregate activity information and includes a member learning room. Products have separate release stages and setup requirements. Check availability and any product-specific agreement before paying or enabling trading.

You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction. Exchanges and wallets may impose their own eligibility requirements and terms.

Membership and price

The stated All-Access membership is 600 USDC for 30 days on Solana mainnet. It covers available products connected to shared membership. Fees buy access and are separate from trading capital, network fees and exchange charges.

The member room uses your verified Telegram identity and current Gatekeeper entitlement. Sign-in alone or appearance in an interaction list does not grant paid access. Protected pages and new media requests lock when entitlement expires, is revoked or cannot be verified. Previously downloaded material cannot be remotely recalled; membership expiry does not close exchange positions.

Access starts after finalized matching payment evidence is verified. Check the exact expiry with /membership in Gatekeeper. An early renewal adds 30 days to remaining active time. Check the current offer before renewing.

Payments and invoices

Use your personal Gatekeeper invoice and the token, network, amount, reference and memo it specifies. Invoices last 30 minutes. The website does not collect payments, seed phrases or exchange keys. Do not send funds based only on a shared wallet address copied from a message.

Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Part payments may prevent activation and may cause loss of funds. An incorrect token, network, amount or reference can prevent automatic attribution and require review. Recovery is not guaranteed; retain the transaction reference and contact support before sending more. This does not remove applicable statutory remedies.

Cancellation and consumer rights

A cancellation procedure, direct contact and refund policy must be clearly presented before public purchase. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered services.

Where UK distance-selling rules apply, cancellation rights depend on the nature of the purchase and applicable exceptions, including any express request for early performance and required acknowledgements. Sending cryptocurrency or activating access does not, by itself, establish a valid waiver of statutory rights.

Use the contact identified in the final checkout agreement for cancellation or disputes. This review page does not impose a blanket “no refunds” policy.

Referrals

A referrer may earn one $150 reward for a genuinely new Santech customer’s first verified paid signup, subject to eligibility and payment review. Existing members may refer new customers.

Attach the referral before the first payment. A customer can be attributed to one referrer for life. Renewals, lapsed access and rejoining do not reset new-customer status or permit a change to another referrer. The historical member list identifies customers who have previously used Santech.

The reward becomes eligible seven days after the qualifying payment. Eligibility is not confirmation of payout; the member record shows the actual stage. Fraud, duplicate accounts and self-referrals do not create a qualifying introduction.

Trading choices and risk

Membership does not authorize or start trades. Review settings, exchange permissions, amounts and leverage separately. Crypto assets can lose value rapidly; leverage can cause liquidation. Software, data, network and venue failures can affect outcomes.

No return, income, profitability or execution result is guaranteed. Website information and research summaries are general product information, not a personal recommendation to trade. You decide whether a product and its risks are appropriate for you.

Activity and research figures

Combined records include reviewed original Santech signals, Ultra ledger entries and filled Perp paper orders. Definitions, snapshot dates and exclusions appear on the Activity page. They are not verified live execution or dollar-turnover figures. Assessments may repeat. Gatekeeper V2 does not include the older membership roster.

Responsible use and availability

Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another account or credentials, distribute malicious code, or misrepresent Santech research and records. Maintenance, third-party outages and rollout can affect availability. Suspensions, material changes and discontinuation must respect applicable contractual and consumer obligations.

Branding and original material remain protected by their owners’ rights. External exchanges, wallets and platforms have their own terms.

Responsibility and updates

The final agreement must describe the supplier’s responsibilities and any fair, lawful limits on liability. This draft does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Material changes should be dated and communicated where required. Mandatory protections in a customer’s jurisdiction remain applicable. This draft does not choose a governing law or court before the operator and service arrangements are confirmed.
